REFUNDS, RETURNS AND CONSUMER GUARENTEES

Elume Studios complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if the product you receive is faulty, damaged, or does not match the description provided on our website.

Change of Mind:

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, at our discretion, we may accept returns for exchange or store credit, provided the product is returned in its original, unused condition within 14 days of delivery. Shipping costs for returns in this instance are the responsibility of the customer.

How to Lodge a Return or Claim:
