3. What kind of materials do you use for your prints?
   We create each print with fine art precision, using museum-grade materials sourced from a trusted local photo lab. Every piece is produced on archival-quality paper with premium inks, ensuring vibrant, true-to-life colors and exceptional longevity—all while maintaining a 100% carbon-neutral process.

4. Can I hang my print in a bathroom or humid area?
   It is not recommended to place prints in areas with high humidity, as it may cause warping or damage over time. Consider framing with protective acrylic and a sealed backing if necessary.

5. How should I frame unframed prints?

Framed Prints

• Keep your framed artwork out of direct sunlight, as UV rays can fade colours over time.

• Dust the frame regularly with a microfiber cloth.

• If fingerprints or smudges appear on the acrylic, clean it with a gently cleaner sprayed onto a cloth (never directly on the acrylic).

Unframed Prints

• Avoid handling unframed prints with bare hands to prevent smudges or oils from transferring. Use clean cotton gloves when handling.

• We recommend storing unframed prints flat in a cool, dry environment and avoiding rolling them whenever possible. While we carefully roll your print for safe postage, we advise removing it from the shipping tube upon arrival and storing it flat with acid-free paper to preserve its quality.

• When framing, use archival materials to preserve the longevity of the print.

Digital Downloads

• Digital downloads may be available from time-to-time.

• Once purchased, download your digital file immediately and save it to a secure location.

• Ensure your digital print is printed using high-quality paper and ink for the best results.

Environmental Factors

• Avoid placing your prints in areas with fluctuating temperatures or high humidity, such as bathrooms or kitchens.

• Keep prints and frames away from heating vents, fireplaces, or air conditioners to prevent damage.
